Can I choose monthly or yearly billing?

Yes. Choose $10 per month or $100 per year when you subscribe through Stripe Checkout.

What happens if I cancel?

Your subscription remains active through the paid period. It will not renew, and your suggestion data is retained for the recovery period described in our Terms.

Can I request a refund?

Yes. If the product is not useful for you, email support within 30 days after your initial purchase to request a refund of your first subscription payment. Renewal payments are otherwise non-refundable.

Does my price increase when more customers participate?

No. The Simple Plan is not priced by participants, suggestions, or votes. One subscription covers one company and one suggestion box, without automatic usage overages.

Who processes the payment?

Stripe hosts checkout, stores payment details, provides invoices, and manages payment methods. SuggestionBox.io never receives your full card number.
